Alright, blogger is really making me upset. I can't organize the pictures how I want or even justify the type. So, you are going to have to deal with all these pictures out of order... Sorry.
Rylan turned 12 about a week ago. What an emotional day for me. I really don't feel old enough to have a son turn 12, but I guess it had to happen sooner or later. He is such a great kid.
We let him open a gift before school.
This picture is after school opening the rest of his presents.
Things were a bit hectic on his actual birthday because it is the same day the truck came with all our stuff! We had been almost 3 months without clothes, beds, kitchen supplies, etc. So Rylan had to wait until I could find all my kitchen supplies to bake his cake. We did his dinner and Cake the day after his birthday.
We wrote on the whiteboard to make his birthday a bit more special. (I can't turn the pictures either so I guess you will just have to turn your head.)
Also, the day after his birthday he was invited to Young Men's. Too bad his parents are slackers because we totally forgot and he missed his first YM experience. Oops! Good thing he is quite forgiving...
I really love Rylan and couldn't ask for a better kid. He is such a good example to me and everyone he is around. I am so proud of him in everything he does and I am so lucky to be his mom!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYLAN!!!

HOLY COW He is all arms! Happy birthday Rylan! Nik, I want to know when he's 5'1 & 1/2", if he isn't already. He's be my first nephew (by blood) that passes me... (Most of Vaughn's nieces and nephews have been taller than me for years now.) Miss you guys!! Can't wait to visit. And do they wear suits for uniforms? So cool!
